Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final sale products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Eligibility
Items purchased from www.mekdenim.com are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Returned with original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the return form or order confirmation
Please note:
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit
- Gift cards and international orders are final sale
- Only merchandise purchased directly from www.mekdenim.com is eligible for return or exchange
- Final sale products are non-returnable unless the item is defective
Defective Items
We guarantee our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, it must be reported and returned within 5 days of purchase.
The condition of the item will be assessed upon receipt. If the defect is confirmed, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange. To begin, please click here to open our returns portal.
How to Start a Return
- Visit our Returns Portal and log in to your account
- Select the order and item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- Follow the instructions to generate your return label
- Attach the label and drop off your package at any UPS or USPS location
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- A $7.50 return label fee will be deducted from your refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect:
- Start a live chat with our Customer Care team (bottom right of your screen during business hours)
- Or email us at info@mekdenim.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item
While we cannot guarantee exact replacements due to inventory, we will do our best to resolve the issue in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return
- It may take 1–2 billing cycles for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Price Adjustments
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 15 days of your purchase.
Please note:
- Items purchased with promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments (excluding free shipping promotions)
- We do not price match other retailers
- Promo codes cannot be combined, applied retroactively, or used on international orders
