International Shipping (DDP)

To simplify international shipping, most orders outside the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means applicable duties, VAT, and import taxes are included in the total cost whenever possible. A full breakdown of shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Duties and taxes vary by country.

Custom orders, limited editions, pre-orders, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on inventory availability.

Order Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping and Delivery

Domestic shipments are handled by FedEx. International shipments are handled by FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express. A signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address at the time of delivery.

Delivery Time

U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping confirmation. International orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping confirmation. Delivery timelines may be extended during national holidays.

Alaska and Hawaii

Domestic delivery estimates apply to the continental United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may require an additional 2–5 business days due to carrier limitations.

International Orders

Some international shipments may require additional information from the recipient to complete delivery. Carriers may contact you via email, phone, or SMS to request these details. Failure to provide required information may result in the package being returned to our warehouse.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. Orders placed from a country that does not match the delivery address may be canceled. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address.
