Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact info@mekdenim.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

United States Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a $7.50 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale merchandise
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@mekdenim.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We'll review the issue and work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 15 days of your purchase.

Please note:

• Promotional purchases (excluding free shipping offers) are not eligible.
• We do not price match other retailers.
• Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers.
• Price adjustments are not available on international orders.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
